Do not drink water in these 5 situations

1. Do not drink water once your stomach is full

It is good to drink a glass of water before meals.So we consume less food.But drinking water while having food and after food results in health disorders.

 

2. Do not drink water soon after workout

Many have the habit of drinking water in the middle or soon after their workout.

According to experts,its good to drink tender coconut water after workout..
It is not good to drink water soon after workout.

 

3.Its not good to drink water if you are not thirsty

Some have the habit of drinking water,even if they are not thirsty.But for the sake of health they drink excess water.

It results in the loss of natural salt from our body.It may result in the decreasing of sodium content from our body and may lead to hyponatremia. It also leads to vomiting kind of health disorders.
4.Do not drink more and more water even if your digestion process is proper in your body

If your digestion process is proper in your body,it means that you are in taking proper amount of water.

Do not drink water if it all working proper.If you are passing colourless urine, then there is no need of drinking excess water.

If urine colour is in yellow,then drink lots of water.

5.Do not drink water soon after running

Athletes faces these kind of problems usually.They keep the habit of drinking water soon after their running practice.

They do this to avoid excess thirsty.Do not drink water after climbing steps.

keep the habit of drinking water only when your heart beats has come to normal state.
