Hair care during summer
- Drink at least 2 liters of water daily..This removes toxic contents from the body.
- take head bath at Least once in two days…as oily content remained in the hair may cause hair loss.
- In summer,while travelling usually we keep window open to get the fresh air..Avoid opening window as it causes the hair breakage.
- Cover your hair with scarf while going out under sunrays during summer to avoid hair damage.
- Food also plays an important role in protecting the hair..Add more soya and grains in your diet.
- Use natural shampoo to remove dandruff from you hair.
- Use rubber cap to protect your hair while swimming.Take head bath soon after swimming as chlorine content damages the hair.
- Do not addict much to coloring, straightening,ironing.If you need to color your hair use henna or other natural colors.
- If you want to use blow drier switch on to cold blow.
